Six ways to train

Each programme targets a different aspect of movement — from foundational flexibility to advanced static holds. Pick one or combine them over time.

01

Foundation Movement

Covers the core patterns — squatting, hinging, pushing, pulling — with precise cues that correct common alignment errors before they become habits. Suitable for complete beginners.

Beginner
02

Flexibility & Mobility

Progressive stretching sequences built around the hip flexors, thoracic spine, and shoulder girdle — the areas most affected by long hours at a desk. Sessions run 20–35 minutes.

All levels
03

Bodyweight Strength

Structured progressions across push-up, row, and single-leg variations — each exercise has 3–4 regression steps so you start exactly where your current strength allows.

Intermediate
04

Balance & Coordination

Handstand preparation, single-leg balance drills, and coordination ladders that develop proprioception — the sense of where your body is in space — without any props or mats.

Intermediate
05

Static Holds & Tension

Isometric training focused on the L-sit, hollow body, and planche progressions. These sessions are short — typically under 25 minutes — but demand focused effort throughout.

Advanced
06

Full-Programme Tracks

12-week structured tracks that combine elements from the above categories into a single coherent plan — designed for students who prefer clear weekly schedules over self-directed selection.

The instructors behind the programmes

Each programme is led by a specialist who has practised and taught that discipline specifically — not a generalist covering every category.

Portrait of Freya Lindqvist, flexibility and mobility instructor

Freya Lindqvist

Flexibility & Mobility

Trained in classical dance and sports physiotherapy, Freya has spent over a decade teaching adult students how to recover range of motion lost through sedentary routines. Her approach is methodical and evidence-informed.

Amara Osei

Strength & Static Holds

Amara competed in artistic gymnastics for eleven years before transitioning to coaching. She specialises in the technical foundations of static strength — the kind of control that takes months to build and does not respond to shortcuts.

Nora Vásárhelyi

Balance & Coordination

Nora's background spans acrobatics and movement therapy. She focuses on the neurological side of balance training — how the brain learns to coordinate limb position — and structures her sessions around that learning process.
