Structured programmes

Courses that treat gymnastics as a learnable skill rather than a talent.

Each programme below addresses a distinct stage of physical development — from foundational mobility through to controlled strength work. The sequences are designed to be followed in order, with each session building directly on the previous one. Progress depends on consistency rather than intensity.

Floor Foundations: A Complete Beginner Series

Designed for adults who have never trained gymnastics formally, this twelve-week series begins with joint preparation and progresses through balance, core stability, and basic floor sequences. Sessions run between 25 and 40 minutes. The programme was developed after observing that most beginners stall not from lack of effort but from missing the preparatory steps that make each movement safe and repeatable.

Handstand Progressions Without a Wall

An eight-week course that works through the shoulder alignment, wrist conditioning, and balance drills required to hold a freestanding handstand. Each stage includes a written explanation of what the body is doing and why the drill matters. Students who have completed floor fundamentals typically find the jump in difficulty manageable.

Flexibility for Gymnastics Movements

A standalone six-week module covering hip flexors, hamstrings, thoracic spine, and shoulder range — the four areas that limit most gymnastics movements. Structured as a daily 15-minute practice, it works independently or alongside any other programme in the catalogue. Improvements in range tend to appear within the first three weeks, though individual timelines vary.

Started the beginner series with very little body awareness. The pace of the programme gave me time to actually feel what each movement required rather than just copying a shape.

The handstand course was more methodical than anything I had tried before. It took longer than I expected, but the approach made sense at every step and I could see the logic behind the sequence.
